Although based in South Yorkshire, United Kingdom, I am not a native Yorkshire woman. I have lived, studied and worked in South Yorkshire for over 10 years, but originate from Suffolk (East Anglia), United Kingdom.

I began my interest in natural health and psychology as a child. My interests led me first into a veterinary nursing career, and subsequently into animal behavioural studies (where I first came across natural medicine).

Whilst my animal health and behaviour work continued, I followed further studies into the human field, achieving a BSC in Natural Health, Nutrition and Counselling Psychology.

Our Natural Health site has been devised to provide you with everything you will ever need to know about alternative medicine – options, treatments, remedies, ingredients, general health tips, information and treatment advice on specific conditions and illnesses.

All our sites cover aspects of both natural and orthodox health and behaviour, as well as information on prescription medications and natural solutions.
